She carries her beloved Toto along with her basket off to see the Wizard. Dorothy has a Raggedy face and red woolen hair. She has beautiful blue stitched eyes and a Raggedy style face. Her dress it pale blue checked and she has white bloomers. Dorothy is able to sit on her own and Toto can be placed anyplace near her as he is not physically connected.
